| WARRANTY
We offer a 90
day warranty on all new and refurbished parts, including drives.
Please call and request an RMA number (Return Material Authorization)
prior to returning any defective part or drive. After the
defective part is received and inspected we will replace immediately
if the warranty is valid.
Our warranty does
not cover excessive wear due to tape tension, incorrect alignment
or excess lapping. The warranty only covers normal use and
not excess wear caused by special applications. Warranty is
not valid if parts are mishandled or damaged by customer.
Warranty is also void if warranty seals on drives have been
removed or tampered with.
SHIPPING
We normally ship via UPS or FedEx and make every
effort to ship the same day we receive your order. We only
charge you for the actual shipping costs. We can also use
our customer's personal shipping account if requested.
